The U.S. Federal government created provisions for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to help the wounded and disabled veterans of the United States compete against companies that have been entrenched in the Federal marketplace for years. While the intent has been to give back to those who have defended our nation, the fact is that doing business with an SDVOSB results in an advantage for the contracting Federal agency.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 13360

Presidential Executive Order 13360 calls for a significant increase in federal contracting and subcontracting opportunities for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The central feature of the Executive Order calls for all Federal agencies to develop a strategic plan to significantly increase its contracting and subcontracting with small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. All Federal Agencies have put a bold and aggressive plan in place in response to Presidential Executive Order 13360.

Construction Project Management: included all entitlements, local, state and federal and all off site and on site construction supervision and scheduling budgeting, and contract management. Was also responsible for all of the marketing, sales and customer services programs as they related to each conversion. CMS Developer Services drafted all of the customer service plans and put such into effect at the time of the homebuyer walk thru’s which we personally performed with each and every buyer. We also had direct interaction with each communities Home Owners Association as a President, Vice President or Treasurer for the period of one year after the sale of the last unit to ensure homeowner satisfaction and developer’s relationship with the HOA.

Entitlement Consulting:
CMS Developer Services has a long list of clients throughout San Diego county that has retained it’s services for a multitude of different residential and commercial entitlements ie. Zoning changes, tentative and final map approvals for condominium conversions, lot line adjustments, new home construction and California Department of Real Estate approvals for large multifamily for-sale projects. We have also been retained for VA and FHA financing approval for new and converted condominium communities ranging in size from 6 units to 280 unit communities throughout the State of California.
